How does GRO work?
When it comes to promoting hair growth, consistency is key. One effective method is to apply GRO Moisturizing Oil directly to the scalp. By following a few simple steps, you can maximize the benefits of this process.
Step 1: Divide Your Hair
To ensure proper coverage, begin by parting your hair into four sections. This will allow you to apply our GRO Moisturizing Oil evenly throughout your scalp.
Step 2: Apply the Oil
Start by adding 5 drops of the oil to each row of parted hair. This will amount to a total of 20 drops, which is the recommended dosage for thin to medium density hair. If you have dry, thick, and/or coarse hair, feel free to apply more drops.
Step 3: Massage and Stimulate
Once GRO is applied, take a few minutes to massage it into your scalp. Gently work the oil into your roots using circular motions. This massage will not only help distribute the oil evenly but also stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles, promoting healthier growth. Can also be smoothed throughout your hair and ends.
Step 4: Allow the Oil to Work Its Magic
After massaging, leave the GRO on your scalp for a few hours, or alternatively, overnight. (wear a bonnet, or head wrap). This extended period will allow the oil to penetrate the hair follicles and nourish them from within.
Step 5: Rinse and Shampoo
In the morning, rinse off the GRO Moisturizing Oil. Shampoo your hair as usual, making sure to thoroughly cleanse your scalp. However, if your hair is coarse or dry, you may find that shampooing is not necessary, as GRO has been fully absorbed into your hair and scalp. In such cases, skip the shampoo until your next wash day.
Step 6: Adjust the Amount
If your hair feels excessively oily after shampooing, it’s an indication that you have applied too much GRO Moisturizing Oil. To avoid this, start with a small amount and gradually increase it until you find the right balance for your hair type and length.
