We take great care in preparing and shipping each PhiloSophie Hair order. Please review the information below for details on shipping timelines, delivery, local pickup, and product-specific care.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues are outside our control.

Canadian Shipping

Flat rate: $12

Free shipping on Canadian orders over $99

Local Pickup (PREPAID ORDERS ONLY): Use coupon code SHIPLOCAL at checkout to remove the shipping charge. Your order will be ready for pickup at the next local market. Please contact us for details.

United States Shipping

Flat rate: $25 (does not include wholesale orders)

International Shipping

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country. PhiloSophie Hair Inc. is not responsible for these charges.

Summer Shipping & Product Care

Our Hair & Body Soufflés are delicate, 100% natural, and free of synthetic stabilizers. During hot weather, products may soften or melt in transit. This does not affect the quality or healing properties of the product.

Tips if your Soufflé melts:

Open slowly and check the product.

Place in the refrigerator if melted.

To restore texture, re-whip gently with a fork or electric whisk when cold.

What we do to help:

We check every product before packing.

We wrap delicate products in bubble wrap and padding for insulation.

Despite our precautions, extreme heat during transit may still affect the product, but quality remains intact.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of your shipping confirmation, contact hello@philosophiehair.com with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your request and work with you to resolve it.
